Topics include riding with a group and what you need to know, different kinds of pace lines, and how to rotate, climb, corner, race, your equipment and more.

Dr. Luc Mahler from the Movement Co. will also be joining us to talk about ergonomics of you and your bike, and how a properly fitted bike can ensure optimal efficiency while riding.
