Anna is a personal trainer, strength/condition coach, yoga instructor and Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) in the Ottawa area. Additionally, she has studied Human Nutrition and Food at Ryerson University, Health Science at the University of Ottawa and Holistic Nutrition at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She has always worked in athletics and sport, starting out as a track and field athlete, tennis instructor and finally converting to the gym setting over the past 8 years. She currently teaches strength/condition classes in a boutique gym in the downtown core, in addition to corporate/personal virtual classes and personal training. Her holistic approach to fitness incorporates functional movements, nutrition, weight training and a balanced lifestyle to optimize her clients performance. Her goal is to have each client meet their goals while maintain their love for the sport throughout the process. You can often find Anna on the women’s rides and enjoying the weeknight Park Loops!
