- We usually respond within 1–2 business days. For anything time-sensitive about a ride this week, mention it in your message.
- How do I join a group ride?
- Browse the rides calendar, sign the seasonal rider waiver, and just show up — we run pace groups for every level.
- Do you offer partnerships or sponsorships?
- Yes — we work with brands, bike shops, municipalities and event hosts. Choose the 'Partnership / sponsorship' topic, or visit our partners page.
- Can you feature my business or event?
- We feature local businesses, points of interest and events on our town guide pages. Pick 'Feature my business or event' and tell us about it.
- I have a media or press question.
- Choose 'Media / press' as the topic and we'll route it to the right person.
